"Building brotherhoos based on Peace, Love, Kindness and Tolerance"
-Venerable Geshe Jangchip Choedon

The Himalayan Buddhist Friendship Group brings their unique art and cultural identity of the Himalayan region and wisdom teachings of the Buddha with a special adaptation for our western culture. The group is comprised of exiled Tibetan Buddhist Monks & Artisians.

The groups goals are to spread messages of harmony, brotherhood, altruism, and tolerance in America, Africa, Europe and the Middle East by initiating friendly and harmonious relations with ancestral faiths and local traditions and integrate the essence of Buddha's teachings of compassion.  They also seeks to expand their own knowledge and enrich their experience by learning Western culture and faiths.  This pioneering endeavor unites people from non-Buddhist and Buddhist backgrounds alike and contributes to advances in global peace..
